1. General Policy Statement
At Double Dragon Lighting Store, customer satisfaction is paramount. We take pride in providing high-quality lighting products, electrical fittings, and hardware. However, should you find any item unsatisfactory or defective, this Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with applicable laws in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 48 Hours from the date of delivery or in-store pickup.

The item is unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The item was not sold as part of a clearance, promotional, or final sale unless proven defective.

A proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is presented.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return or refund unless they are materially defective:

Custom-ordered items or special-order products

Opened or installed lighting fixtures

Electrical parts and bulbs once removed from packaging

Items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

Used tools or equipment

Gift cards and store credits
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must:

Contact our customer service via email or phone within the return window.

Provide proof of purchase, photos (if item is damaged/defective), and a reason for the return.

Await return authorization and further instructions.
Returns must be delivered to the store at customer’s cost, unless otherwise approved for pickup due to damage or warranty.
If pickup is scheduled but unsuccessful due to unavailability or inaccessible location, the customer will be responsible for delivering the item to the store.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection. Returns may be denied if:

Items are damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or modification.

Original packaging or accessories are missing.

Items were not approved for return in writing by our support team.
Once the item passes inspection, a Store Credit or Exchange will be issued. No cash or card refunds are provided unless legally mandated under the Consumer Protection Act of Dominica.
6. Defective or Damaged Goods
If a product is received in defective or damaged condition:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery/pickup.

Provide photographs and a description of the defect/damage.
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit at no cost, in accordance with the terms of manufacturer warranties or implied merchantability provisions under Dominica’s Sale of Goods Act.
7. Dispute Resolution
All returns, credits, or warranty claims are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to the Consumer Affairs Division or submitted to mediation or arbitration as outlined under Dominica’s Consumer Protection legislation.
8. Policy Amendments
Double Dragon Lighting Store reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
